Q: I need to open a warranty claim for an item ordered on www.Autonotios.com. Who do I contact?

Contact us at autonotions@verizon.net with details (and photos if available). For most products, we contact the manufacturer and process the warranty claim on your behalf. For the few brands, you contact the manufacturer directly, we will direct you on how to do that and additional information about your order you may need for the claim.

Q: Dash Covers - are the speakers covered?

Yes for all brands except Dash Designs. DashCare and DashMat both cover the speakers to protect the speakers from sun damage. Dash Designs does offer the option to have speaker cutouts.

Q: Custom Sun Shades: What is the sensor referring to?

Some features on vehicles need sensors or cameras to work. Often those sensors or cameras are in a black box near the rearview mirror. That is the "sensor" being referred to in the fitment of sun shades.

Q: Can I pick up an item at an Autonotions location?

Some items are available at our Lakeland, FL location. Additionally, some items are made to order - those can be shipped to you or shipped to our location for pickup. We are located inside the Ah! La Carts Golf Cart Building at 605 W. Brannen Rd. Hours: Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm Sat 9 am to 1 pm. You can contact us to see if the item you are shopping is available in Lakeland or can be shipped here for you.
